The Department of Energy Systems Engineering is composed of energy resources engineering and nuclear engineering. The applicant needs to choose a major field of study and an advisor. The timeline below lists the approximate dates for each admission term.

1. International applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
1) The applicant is not a citizen of Korea.
2) His or her parents are not citizens of Korea.
2. The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree (in case of Masters program) or a Master’s degree (in case of Doctoral program).
Applicants must satisfy at least one of the Language Proficiency conditions listed below.
1. English Proficiency: Applicants should submit a score report of a recognized English Proficiency Test. (TOEFL (PBT 550, CBT 213, iBT 80), TEPS 551, IELTS 5.5 or higher.)
2. Korean Proficiency: Applicants should submit a score report of a recognized Korean Proficiency Test. (Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) level 3 or higher.)
3. Supporting documents which demonstrate appropriate English or Korean language proficiency
